Registration is now open for CSDA's Annual Conference, March 25 - 29, 2024 at the Westin Hapuna Beach Resort located on the beautiful, white-sand Hapuna Beach on the island of Hawaii.

Registration & Hotel Cancellation Policy

A full refund of your registration fee less a $25.00 processing fee is available through March 1, 2024.  No refunds will be given beginning March 2, 2024. All requests for cancellation must be received in writing to info@csda.org. 

You may substitute an attendee registration with no additional fee through March 15, 2024. A $25.00 processing fee will apply to attendee substitutions beginning March 16, 2024.

Refunds are unavailable for the golf tournament or optional activities regardless of the date they are canceled as these events have been guaranteed. In the event of the activity being cancelled by CSDA, all monies paid will be refunded.

Hotel cancellations should be made directly with the Westin Hapuna Beach Resort.  A one-night deposit plus taxes will be due at time of booking.  This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least 15 days prior to arrival.  If cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival, a two-night penalty plus taxes will apply. A No-Show charge of two night's room and tax will apply for individuals who fail to show for their confirmed reservation.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be requested at the time of reservation. Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled directly with the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee.
